Q: Do the accessories come with the other items as displayed in the photos?
A: No, other items are NOT included unless otherwise specified
Q: Can I order but make payment much later?
A: Items are sold at a first come first serve basis. Priority will be placed on customers who have completed the payments.
Q: What if I change my mind upon receiving the items?
A: I am sorry but all sales are final and we are not able to allow for refunds/ exchanges.
Q: . Upon sending in my order, how many days does it take for my order to reach me?
A: Delivery will only be made once the payment has been received. Upon payment, allow us 2-3 working days to arrange the delivery. PosLaju delivery will take approximately 2-4 working days to reach you (depending on your location). Registered mail will take longer, i.e. approximately 5-7 working days (depending on your location).
Please note that ‘working days’ excludes Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
Q: Do you do cash on delivery?
A: I am sorry but we do not practice cash on delivery. All items are posted to you.
Q: What if I receive a defect product?
A: Before sending the accessories over, we will check to double confirm the accessories are free from defects. However, we are unable to bear responsibility for any loss or damage incurred during postage.

Q: How do I make payment if I am not in Malaysia or do not have a Malaysian bank account?
A: You can send us a cheque or make your payment via telegraphic transfer.
